Easter -Saturday 4th and Monday 5th April
Mayday – Saturday 2nd and Monday 4th May
Spring bank holiday – Saturday 23rd and Monday 25th May
August bank holidays – early bank holiday Saturday 1st and Monday 3rd, and late bank holiday- Saturday 29th and Monday 31st
Christmas & New Year – the last class is Monday 21st December with classes then restarting on Saturday 9th January.

Beginners are welcome
At Rose Counties Ju Jitsu, we offer classes tailored to suit different age groups and skill levels. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just starting, there’s a place for you.
Drop by during any of our scheduled classes, and your first lesson is on us! Anyone is welcome. Join our friendly community and discover the transformative power of Ju-Jitsu.

Adult, JUNIOR & FAMILIES CLASSES
Time: Saturday Mornings 10:30 to 12:00
Description: We focus on teaching fundamental ju-jitsu principles in a fun and supportive environment. All ages and levels of experience are welcome.
Adult CLASSES
Time: Monday Evenings 8:00pm to 9:30pm
Description: This adults-only class focuses on essential ju-jitsu techniques in a straightforward, supportive environment. Suitable for all skill levels, it’s a great way to sharpen your practice and improve your form.
